Ideally no personal items left in vehicle, if you do so, then it will be at your own risk as these will not be covered by insurance. However if you feel you have to leave personal items in the vehicles, please discuss this with our team prior to transport.
Your vehicle needs to be no less than 11cm off the ground.
Of course ensure you leave the key with us so we can get it on and off the truck.
You (or your representative) will need to review what we have noted in regards to the vehicles condition and sign off on it.
Yes. We can collect your salvage vehicles from salvage yards around the state.
IMPORTANT: If your salvage car is at an auction house. Please ensure you supply us with the following information to be able to collect with ease and no delays.
From your supplier invoice, please advise your buyer number, the sale number, name on invoice and the lot number you have purchased.
Please ensure your vehicle has been paid for and you have received from the auction house advice that your payment has been processed.
If this has not been done the vehicle will not be released to our driver and, will not only delay your collection but could also add a futile fee to your invoice for the wasted trip to the yard.
NOTE: Salvage yards usually have forklift fees and storage charges.
Forklift fees, if applicable, will be added your invoice.
Most salvage yards charge storage after a certain period.
To avoid this, you need to ensure that you have paid your supplier and have arranged transport in a timely manner to ensure we can arrive to collect prior to storage fees being applied.
Should there be an unavoidable delay in collecting your vehicle, you are still liable for any storage charges at the salvage yard.
